Our hardwood decking timber ordering process goes like this:
Contact us
You’ve done your Research and Planning so now is the time to Contact us at Tough Decks. Fill out the Quick Quote, then Dave or Sean will chat through with you different options for our hardwood decking timbers and what your requirements are.
Measurements
We now need to determine the size and layout of your deck, including the required dimensions and quantities of decking timber. It is also a good time to consider any additional materials needed for installation.
Quote
Now that we know your requirements and specific details, including the dimensions, quantity and shipping details, we’ll prepare and give you a quote on your hardwood decking timber from us at Tough Decks in Mount Maunganui.
Order under way
Once you have confirmed the quote we’ll get your order under way.
It will be packed carefully to travel well to avoid any damages of our timber.
Payment
Our payment terms are xxxxxx
Delivery or Pickup
Once the timber is ready, we’ll arrange for delivery.
